For crying out loud…live out your purpose. Don’t know what it is? It’s simple…love God, love people. God put you with your family, friends, co-workers, or class to love them and point them to Jesus.
Check out Paul’s life. (Romans 15:16-20)
1) Paul knew his purpose.
Ananias told him he was God’s chosen instrument to proclaim Jesus to Gentiles, kings, and the Israelites.
Your purpose is to glorify God by being in a relationship with him and telling others about Jesus. Who are your Gentiles, kings, and Israelites? Moms and dads, that’s your children. Teachers and Kid Min Leaders, it’s the families, children, and leaders God has strategically placed in your care. Look around. Notice your Gentiles, kings, and Israelites. KNOW why you are where you are.
2) Paul lived out his purpose.
His goal was to make these people acceptable offerings to God through the sanctification by the Holy Spirit.
Let’s do it! Give the people around you Jesus. Let his love, grace, and truth permeate their hearts and minds so much that they choose to follow Jesus! Live out your purpose.
3) Paul knew how.
He spoke what God had done in his life through word, deed, miracles. He preached the gospel of Jesus everywhere he went!
Tell your children, your class, your friends, and circle of influence all God has done in your life! Share Jesus with them!
Knowing your purpose isn’t hard. Love God. Love others. Now, make it happen!
